Chasing Jack

In the aftermath of the events in Central One, the remainder of Jack Ryder's team return to the safe haven of the Oregon in order to regroup. As they settle in for the night, an intruder steals the Time-Ryder device from Jack's room and Jack vanishes with it. The search for the missing Colonel leads them to late 19th Century London at the beginning of a series of brutal slayings in Whitechapel by the notorious Jack the Ripper, a subject that Professor Carlson knows only too well, but can his knowledge of the period and their presence in Whitechapel merely be a coincidence, or is there another reason for their journey into the past? What initially begins as a search, becomes in a pursuit through time. From Victorian London to the decks of the doomed Hospital ship HMHS Britannic to a fateful event in Nova's past. The travellers begin to wonder if the tapestry of the past is very much woven into their future, as the events of the past could possibly be a result of the days to come...
