Chain of Command

Released from Gitmo, a dangerous Terrorist with a grudge against the United States teams up with a group of Russian Mobsters. Their intention is to blow up two American cities and throw the country into turmoil. They only made one mistake. Out of anger one of the Russians attacked Dallas Police Captain Zachary Whitmore and left him in a pool of blood in front of the airport. Whitmore has powerful friends and as Zachary hangs on to a thread of life they chase down the man responsible for the attack.
