Certain Restrictions May Apply

Certain Restrictions may Apply is a new collection of twelve short stories – new in the sense that they are now published for the first time. Actually they are the fruit of random fantasies summoned up over the last several years. Many of the themes occur in places I've lived in for varying periods of time. Geographic places, I mean. I'm not sure about places of the heart or the mind. Maybe I dreamed those, heard of or discovered them by design or a trick or fate born inside my head. By writing them down, they've become mine in the translucent way Paris, Rome, etc. became mine while inhabiting them.
