Cause Of Action

In 1962 a six man Navy SEAL team is ordered to escort a mysterious government agent, Frank Snowden, into Laos to assassinate an arms dealer. The leader of the SEAL Team, Taylor Walker, and the government agent are the only men to survive the mission. Twenty-five years later Taylor, now working for the FBI, uncovers an elaborate plat to destroy the Hoover Dam. During his investigation he finds pictures of beheaded American soldiers that were on this old 1962 mission. He realizes that mission is tied to the terrorist. His focus then goes into locating the Government Agent, Snowden, who he escorted on the mission. He is unable to find one thread of evidence in military or government records that anyone existed or exists by that name. Throughout the investigation some unknown person is pulling strings to help Taylor find the terrorist. Through underwater fights at the base of the Hoover Dam to the streets of Hong Kong and ending up in the jungles of Laos, Taylor seeks the mystery government agent Snowden and the powers that controlled him..
