Libby Miller always considered herself one of the boys and like her brothers, fixes cars in her daddy's garage. But when a tow call for a car with a busted water pump causes her to cross paths with concert violinist, Byron Venable, Libby's life is turned upside down.

Listening to Byron's impromptu concert while she works on his car, Libby discovers an affinity for a type of music that is new to her and a growing attraction to the man whose passion for that music moves her to tears. When it becomes evident to everyone that the attraction is mutual, Skinny Davis, the best friend of Libby's brother, declares his intentions for the girl he's been in love with for years.
