About This Book

The setting is the first half of the 14th century. A time immediately before the commencement of the Hundred Years War between England and France. Edward III is on the throne of England; Philip VI is King of France. This is a story of two soldiers. Outwardly, they are very different but yet they are so very much alike. The fate of two Kingdoms rests on the shoulders of these two men. Sent on a vital mission by King Edward and aided by an old friend, they are chased and harried half way across France by French Troopers. To get the job done they will have to make alliances with two polar opposite groups of people in order to see their mission through.
