Matthew Garris is trying to come to terms with what he wants out of life when a madman not only takes him, but several other men in Sars Springs. Things are not what they seem when the suspect becomes the victim. Losses are felt as body parts start appearing all over town and the morgue is identifying them as relatives. When a close relative is found among the dead, the family tries to keep it together. Dr. Raina Markum goes on a hunting expedition in order to track down the evil that is haunting the town. Will the pain of losing limbs and loved ones overcome learning about the dark secrets of the terrorists of the town?
