It is a time in the future when the systems of the known parts of the galaxy have banded together under the banner of one government. The Confederation composed of Bureaus and Agencies that regulate the affairs not only of Earth but of all the systems that have joined from the known is that government. But the Confederation has a problem. There is a menace abroad that has killed thousands. Excluding governments, this Unclassified is the greatest serial killer ever known.
