Mankind evolved by the creative hands of exiles; benevolent and evil. Great civilizations erupted across the world only to disappear without a trace nor explanation. The two worlds become entangled in 1986 when the architect of a 10 millennia-old rebellion against the Creator is at last released from his prison on Earth. Two groups attempt to put a stop to Rothiel's plans; Rip Damhorst's lodge of exiles on Earth and a specialist team watching closely in the afterlife, led by an older man, a young woman and a recently deceased boy. The first group aim to redeem their fate from before the awakening of man and the second hope simply to save the human race.
