Cali George is appalled when her younger sister books the two of them for a week at a Wellness Spa and Resort in the mountains of Tennessee. She hates health food and anything to do with outdoor activities. Since her latest breakup, six months ago, she works around the clock, eats junk food and is content to run around with no makeup and her long blonde hair in a ponytail or a messy bun. Her sister, on the other hand, is her polar opposite, always has been, and won't rest until she transforms her sister and changes her bad habits.

But, when Cali is looking over the spa's brochure and spots a photo of the resort's hot events manager, things may be looking up. And when the man himself, Austin Butler, introduces himself to her, the week is suddenly looking better to her every minute.
