Kids as well as adults always seem to want to count things that aren't really important, such as money and material things.  Knowing how to count is a very good skill to have, but some things in your life can't really be measured or counted.

Use this ‘learn to read' book to practice your reading skills through word recognition, word repetition and rhyme, and practice some of your counting skills as well, as you discuss what things in your life are important, but simply cannot be counted.
