In her new job, Gemma has been asked to present a new concept in packaging a line of cosmetic products for women. She is apprehensive about speaking in public, but her friend Libby coaches her until she is word perfect.
All goes well while Gemma rehearses her talk with Libby in a new cyber cafe. Several customers sitting at nearby tables also hear what she has to say and at the end she receives a round of applause. Then to mar or spoil her feeling of elation, a man she does not at first recognise steps up and tells the crowd about what Gemma did to his friend.
What he says is not true and her enthusiastic supporters boo him and he is asked to leave the cafe.
Gemma feels devastated. But once she has mentioned this episode to her boss and she has smoothed her ruffled feathers and also given her tickets to visit a butterfly farm, all goes well once more...And...
