Armed with a New Year's resolution and a surly attitude matched only by a cat on a diet, Erica Sutton decides to reshape her life. Little did she know that signing up for a personal trainer meant the gym's owner, Zack Sharp, would become her new workout whisperer. If she's not careful, she won't just be shedding pounds; she'll be gaining something she never bargained for—feelings for the man who keeps insisting cardio is good for her.
