Bride for George

Miss Hazel has been alone for sixteen years following the death of her beloved husband. For more than a year, she has been finding brides for different Mounties, and it has mostly kept her fulfilled, but lately, she's realized something is still missing from her life. For the first time since her wedding many years before, she takes off her wedding ring, and decides it's time to live again. When she takes three ladies to meet their Mounties, the first person she sees is their handsome commander, George Jacobs.
George sees Miss Hazel, and he knows why he has remained unattached for so many years. He is about to retire, and he knows he doesn't want to spend the rest of his life alone. He immediately pursues the widow, but she seems to be holding back from him, and their goals seem to be at cross-purposes. Will he be able to convince her that she is the most important thing in his future? Or will he spend his retirement years pining for what could have been?
