Brainstormer: Beginnings

Young Adult, SF: A 15 year old teenager, Tyler Morgan, is struck by lightning on the first day of Summer Vacation. In the aftermath, he finds a mysterious laptop that can only be a computer from the future: 130 years in the future, to be precise. He and his friends initially have fun with the Brainstormer Omnipad, the most powerful computer on the planet. Fun turns into something more serious as a mysterious figure appears, willing to do anything to take it from them. They must explore the amazing abilities of their device if they wish to keep it. But as they do so, they realize the power of the Brainstormer to change the world, for good or evil. Bound together by their secret, soon their lives are on the line and they are in a desperate race to discover: What is the true secret of the Brainstormer Omnipad?
