A massive power cut hits London and Jack Sanderson is called unexpectedly to a COBRA meeting. There the Prime Minister tells the Committee about a warning she has received that climate activists will close down the national electricity grid â€" unless she starts taking steps within the next two weeks to reverse climate change.
