As Boris settles into his cozy life of leisure with his sock puppet sidekick Beryl, the mysterious appearance of a parcel threatens to unsettle the peaceful atmosphere of Z?k?nfthaus. Boris is introduced to Nigel the automated butler, and with him comes confusion and misunderstanding. Will Boris compromise his freedom for friendship? Robot of Leisure begins an ongoing graphic novel series that blends retro-futurism science fiction, mid-century cocktail culture, and gentle silent comedy. Through this six-part dialogue/narration-free series, Boris confronts and conquers obsolescence, solitude, and his own programming.
