Everyone knows the Sheriff and the Mayor meet at this time. But who blew the office to smithereens and who were they aiming to kill? The Mayor says he has no enemies besides; Hank is the one who works with less desirable people. When Ruby's car explodes, they start shuffling through their list of enemies.
