Book of Curses

The new heir of Montmoor Hall, Druid Montmoor, finds himself surrounded by darkness and mystery. His grandmother leaves him a missive that raises questions about the house and his ancestors, but the dead are the least of his concerns.

In the midst of the unsettling atmosphere of the Hall, the lovely Gildy Rosen, one of the housemaids, drives him to distraction. He wonders if he has a chance to win her heart against the kindly new friend he has made, his neighbor, the Earl of Westwick.

With the ominous discovery of a book of spells written by his ancestor, Druid's uneasiness grows. Could the Hall be evil--or cursed?
