Book 1, Winds of Success

The young American’s business plan was concise, comprehensive and highly successful. His life revolved around his work. It did not include love. But love has a way of altering plans. A newly hired beautiful secretary is far more talented and much more problematic than he could have imagined from her resume. He falls in love with her even as he is determined to resist. And the company he created out of a MBA handbook which made him rich. That company has a big problem. The established powers in the colored gemstones industry are not going away without a fight. Intent on retaining that which made their family a power in their society, they declare war to regain that which they believe belongs to them. Unfortunately for our hero, ignorance is no excuse when entering the arenas of love and war. Defeat will come to him in ways that he could not have imagined. His journey through life will be filled with intrigue, chaos and finally death.
