When Terry Burke is unjustly sentenced to a high security prison for insider trading, Tom Burke, his only brother, vows to do everything in his power to save him from the tortures of hard time. But Tom Burke is special - he's a former Ranger who served in Vietnam as a leader of a special forces unit. While contacting a high-powered Washington official in a quest for leniency for his brother, Burke is offered a unique proposition. In exchange for a presidential pardon for Terry, Burke must re-hone his killing skills and infiltrate the organizations of three of the top drug kingpins in the world - code-named Puma, Gargoyle, and Centaur - and kill each one.

Dedicated to saving his brother and willing to risk his life in the process, Burke must travel to Guadalajara, Geneva, and Monaco to assassinate his targets.
