Beyond Compulsion

Orphan Georges is adopted from a back street brothel in Algiers by a wealthy French pervert. He grows into a charming, good looking but truly malevolent adult with neither morals nor conscience. Deeply flawed the prey has now become the predator, with an addiction to gambling and the money required to feed his habit. He will stop at nothing including murder and blackmail to satisfy his warped senses. Serena Cheetham is a naiive, slightly overweight but attractive girl who inhabits the rarefied world of the ultra rich. The flawed Georges seduces and uses Serena unashamedly to gain his ends. Serena's wealthy and powerful family are horrified by the introduction of the arriviste gambler in Serena's life and despite their best efforts, the couple make their escape and head to the USA. It takes some time for Serena to understand just how evil Georges is but by then it is too late. He has dragged her down low. It is too late for Georges, he is a lost soul and corrupts everything and everyone who come into his orbit. Georges is beyond redemption but is it too late for Serena?
