About This Book

Katelyn Marie Rossie knew there was something wrong in the city of Somorra. She just didn't know what. With each passing day her feelings of foreboding grew. She knew it must have something to do with the salty air. The smell of salt was all around her but she didn't know why. In rural Pennsylvania they were far removed from any ocean breezes, yet that persistent salty smell in the air grew stronger every day. It was not unpleasant in the beginning, just unsettling. But as the days were passing she was beginning to sense that it had something to do with the sordid and evil things that were happening everyday in Somorra. Perhaps she was just going crazy or perhaps she wasn't, and the air did smell like salt. But then why didn't anyone else smell it? At this point she wasn't sure which was worse, being crazy or something else that remained unexplained. The one thing she was sure of was that real or imagined she must surely Beware the Salty Air!
