When Gloria Scope inherited her husband's share in the Scope computer-chip company, her three children were none too pleased. Neither were the other Scope board members. Gloria's daughter thought the solution was to dig up some dirt on her mother and pressure her into resigning--and she wanted Freddie to help. But then somebody came up with a more efficient solution: murder. Freddie had her misgivings about getting mixed up in Gloria Scopes tumultuous life. But now she's mixed up in her death--and the only way out is to solve it...
