The "Class Favorites" awards are coming up, and this year Lizzie is determined to beat out Kate Sanders for "Best Dressed." All she needs is that sweet pair of hip-huggers hanging in the Style Shack window. Unfortunately, Lizzie's mom won't shell out the bucks Lizzie needs. Instead, Mrs. McGuire promises to take Lizzie bargain hunting. Bargain hunting! Lizzie is totally freaking. How can she win Best Dressed this year with last year's styles?
