Bella Picks Blueberries

Bella Picks Blueberries is the first book of the Read & Eat Series, a children’s book series created by a Registered Dietitian to introduce children to nutrition and healthy eating through reading. In Bella Picks Blueberries, Bella and Grandma go blueberry picking and learn about all the wonderful nutrients in blueberries. Bella and Grandma return home with a bucket full of fresh-picked blueberries and they make blueberry popsicles together. After a wonderful day picking blueberries and learning in the kitchen, Bella enjoys a healthy, tasty treat with Grandma. At the end of the book is the recipe for blueberry popsicles that the readers can make just like the characters in the book.
