Donnie Diamond has been homeless for three years when a violent act causes him to rethink his life. In addition to overcoming problems of his own making, there is another obstacle standing in his way of re-entering what he and his homeless friends call 'polite society' . . . in the form of a serial killer that is stalking and killing homeless persons in Dallas, and the killer now has his sights set on Donnie and his friends.
