Bayou Baby

Rowan Maynor is a swamp rat, the illegitimate daughter of a whore. Raised in Louisiana's bayou, she dreams of escaping her birthright, but her mother crushes that fantasy by selling Rowan to the highest bidder: Lucien Dumas, the most powerful man in New Orleans, and rumored to be Rowan's father.
