Battling the Drug Cartels

Doctor Brad Graham, director of an ER in Phoenix, Arizona, and Cindy Farber from Homeland Security worked together to prevent a pandemic of smallpox in Ring Around the Rosie. In Battling the Drug Cartels, they tackle the problem of illegal drugs. Cindy is kidnapped to be used in a hostage exchange by a drug lord. Brad joins a group of Navy SEALS in a daring rescue.
