Rebble Rauser and his fellow Free Territory fighter jocks have previously banded together to form the Barbarian Nation's air militia. With the Global Federation tied up in both conventional and nuclear conflicts in the Middle East, the rebels have no outside threats to worry about for the moment, save for penny-ante gangs and rustlers.
