Banker's Alibi

Working undercover in a small Indiana bank, apprentice private investigator Cybil Quindt is looking for an embezzler. But when a vivacious young teller dies under mysterious circumstances, Cybil suspects she may be hunting for a killer. The woman's death appears to be a suicide, but the facts don't add up. And when Cybil does a little snooping around the victim's apartment, she's knocked unconscious and tossed into the cold depths of a lake.
