Lying on the rug was not where Sheriff Magrane thought he'd be when he caught the notorious bank robber Mad Maggie West. Sure, she was dangerous, but Chance never expected the flame-haired beauty to shoot him in the shoulder. She claimed she was Trixianna Lawless, a proper lady who baked pies for the restaurant.
