Back There

A young girl who is abused, both mentally and sexually, meets a young boy who becomes her friend, then her lifeline and soulmate. His family is involved in the assassin business, and when he is older they recruit him into it as well. She finally convinces him to take her away and he drags her into his world of assassins. Although she will do anything for him, her thoughts remain determined to go Back There someday and exact revenge on all those who harmed her. Through many twists and turns, she finally gets back there, but finds out things were not as she had thought they were, and revenge turns out to be something much different than she had imagined all those years.
