About This Book

This book is a fictionalized attempt to chronicle our time, much the same way that "Tale of Two Cities," and "War and Peace" chronicled the time of the French Revolution and its aftermath. I believe that there are three phases to any revolution, I. The events that divide the population by class and institutionalize the classes, II. The revolution, and III. The chaos of building a new social structure.
I believe we are in a Phase I right now. This book, and the other 3 in this series may not match the literary achievement of Dickens and Tolstoy, but they may give the reader more insight into what is happening in our time. What happens next depends on what we have learned from the past, but will probably follow a pattern that is beyond the control of any one person, or any group of people.
