Assyriana

In response to a text message that threatens to terminate her pregnancy, Jessie Kane runs away with Darius Vickmann, her guardian angel and the father of her unborn baby. They hide out on Six Gun Island, a vain attempt to keep their whereabouts hidden from the unknown enemy who, with the use of advanced ritual magic, continues to physically attack Jessie without being present. To complicate matters, an eccentric acquaintance comes back into Jessie's life and sets her on an unknown path, one that could destroy her hopes of peace and a normal life in the future. As the physical assaults on Jessie increase in number and severity, she and Darius work tirelessly to discover who their enemy is and to find out what he or she wants before Jessie and the baby suffer a final and fatal attack.
