After a string of US city bombings the Government was sent on high alert. The world's brightest minds created Archive, a covert government facility that uses gifted children to track down enemies of the free world and extract their memories. X, a 16 year old girl, is their most coveted agent for her ability to absorb the memories of the targets she takes out. A routine mission goes terribly wrong when she takes out the wrong target, absorbing memories of an innocent person's life. Overcome with a newfound sense of guilt she wonders what her life could be like outside of the agency. Can she escape and make amends with the family that was left behind, before Archive makes her their newest target?
