Aplomado's Story

I was born to take my place at the head of the family. To be the future Chief of our dying culture and our dwindling tribe. I am the youngest, yet, the most connected to our heritage. I've stayed on my life path; my brothers have strayed. I've never thought about my future other than that I needed to keep our traditions alive, keep my elders safe, and Redmane land of the Cherokee Nation intact. I never thought of my life with or without love, until Haven Bledsoe walked onto our reservation and caused to question myself and realize… what is life without love? My brothers have yet to realize that I have grown into their equal, if not their leader. They will soon find out that I will fight for my heritage and my beliefs even if it means, I fight them. We've been called savages and heathens our entire existence shoved to the side and openly judged within this great country. I was born into two cultures, one heavily steeped in heritage from my elders and beliefs passed down through the generations, and one modern and new. I am Aplomado Redmane Tesla, a proud half-blooded Native American, and this is my story. *Author's Note: The Tesla Brothers were written from each brothers Point of View, with their own identities and story. Their stories intertwine and reconnect in several parts of each Stand Alone Book to converge three cohesive stories.
