      Angie Bongiolatti has faith. She believes a better world is possible. She rejects the mindset that accepts racism, poverty, and war as an unfortunate but sadly unavoidable side-effect of living within the capitalist system. She does not simply accept.

      But is she alone?

      It's February 2002 in New York and a collection of leftist groups from near and far are gathering to protest the World Economic Forum's decision to hold their annual summit in Manhattan as a show of "solidarity" with the city following 9/11. It's the first such public demonstration to be held since that terrible day, and tensions are high. The city isn't sure they want to allow the protest, the police are on edge. To the average citizen, just trying to move on with their lives, go to their jobs, pursue their relationships, maybe this whole thing doesn't sound like such a good idea. But, part of having faith means continuing to try and spread the word. The fight must go on.

      This is the story of Angie Bongiolatti, young attractive Socialist, and the people who surround her. The co-workers at her day job, striving to bring education to the masses through e-learning. Her fellow activists and politically radical compatriots. And the men from her past, who may know something more about complicated sides of Angie Bongiolatti than the face she presents to the world.
