It was a far cry from sunny Cape Town to bleak, rainy Edinburgh, but Staff Nurse Karen Taylor hadn't regretted making the move for a moment; she loved every minute of her work on the surgical ward at St. Margaret's Hospital. She loved the surgeon Ross Cameron as well -- but there her life wasn't running quite smoothly!
