100 years from now, we've established colony planets to take in all the folks displaced by the rich when the US coastlines and coasts around the world were covered by the rising ocean level. One of the colonies is Tenembras, very dry, poorly terraformed and socially polarized planet. Elise hears that the air is poor because the oxygen generating system is in bad condition and the Alien Amigos show off their superior mining abilities to fix the problem.
