Best mates Cody and Scott are heading to the UK to begin a new life. However, during a brief stopover in China where they're suddenly attacked by a wild giant panda. Assuming the worst is over, they quickly settle into their new lives in London; albeit now surrounded by keen matchmaking co-workers bent on seeing them become more than just friends, despite neither of them being 'out'. Before long, Cody notices a transformation in both his relationship with his best mate and his physical form under the light of the full moon, kick-starting an international 'bearcat' hunt by Chinese officials to reclaim what rightfully belongs to the People's Republic. With every hectic scenario, Cody finds himself drawing closer to Scott, leading him to question whether the 'closet' should be left behind for good.
