Jeffrey Moore considers himself a good tracker, and better yet, one of Archie Gordon's best agents. What he doesn't consider to be good or right is the mandate that he marry a female agent and train her. When he and Hallie are sent to meet up with a paleontologist and his excavation team in Wyoming Territory, he wonders if this is the case that will do him in. Good thing he's got Hallie to help him unravel their client's daughter's puzzling behavior. Now all he has to worry about is not getting himself killed by falling off a cliff or getting caught in a buffalo stampede. Or falling in love with his new bride.
