Young American Sam asks Phil for protection, for he is scared of US Intelligence. Phil doesn't believe him, but soon it turns out that Sam really gets haunted by the NSA. Very quickly, hell is breaking loose. The detective gets into wild shootings, peculiar car chases, elegant verbal duels and vicious actual duels with the most sinister and reckless people imaginable: American Secret Agents.
