Operation Horus is over and in its aftermath, the remaining halfkinds go into hiding, hoping to find peace. However, differences and visions of the future raise tensions and cause divides. Not all is well under the canopies of their tropical paradise. In another part of the world, the United Species Alliance has obtained a king's bounty from the remnants of Horus. Biotics are at their disposal. An era of new weaponry is coming with the Alliance leading the charge. The testing ground is Fan Zui Bin, an illegal haven built over the fallout from the Event. The mission is to subdue a dark entity only known as The Collector who is rumored to be the cause of mysterious disappearances throughout the crime country.
