As China grows in power and boldness, the stage is set for a second Cold War. In the South China Sea, the situation heats up rapidly when the Chinese claim the internationally disputed and oil-rich Spratly Islands. Carrier Battle Group Fourteen, under the command of Rear Admiral 'Tombstone" Magruder, is sent to maintain a presence in the area.
