All I Can Be

A story of a worm and an orchid. Both wish they could be different things in life but after talking they start to see the strengths, they each have and learn to love themselves. The story is written by a licensed mental health therapist who inspires us to love ourselves for who we are and find the strengths within. The pages are full of color and pictures to follow along on their journey of getting to know each other and themselves. Mental health and self-love are very important messages for our young children and this book encourages finding out what we each have to offer in this world and embrace it.
