Alex and the Pirate

Alex is distraught! Not only has he not been able to speak with Emily since her rescue; but also at school, somehow, word has gotten out about his unique ability. Summer break can't get here soon enough! He hankers to get his mind off things and can't wait to get away from his classmate's harassment. The perfect opportunity presents itself when Bob, his brother, invites him to go spend a couple of weeks at Jerry's relative's lake house when school lets out. Alex doesn't hesitate to accept the offer. Little does Alex know that there's a reason behind his brother's enticing invitation... .
