Edward Lawrence, a living legend in the entertainment industry, was used to getting the star treatment. An esteemed guest of honor whose autograph was always avidly sought by star-struck fans, he'd traveled to the convention in Rhode Island expecting the usual – hours spent scribbling his signature on photos, answering burning plot questions, and basking in the glow of adoration to which he'd grown accustomed. However, when a patron is stabbed after a verbal altercation with Edward, things quickly take an unforeseen turn.
