Agnes was devastated when it was finally confirmed that one of her kidneys is failing due to diabetes. She choose to ignore it at first with an assumption that it's better to enjoy the moments she have with Matt than to face her fear.

But when her condition gets worse and starts to get out of control, she couldn't find the courage to tell Matt everything considering the loss that he had in the past and the uncertainty whether Matt has the heart to stay with her or not.

She's in great pain not only because of her health issue but because of the thought of not being with Matt for long. She now wonders if there is still a hope for a better health and a better life for her. More importantly, she wonders if there's still a hope for her love for Matt…
