A young noble, Adon Karavagge, receives an invitation to a set of trials, with the winner declared Emperor of the Universe. 50,000 years ago, With the discovery of two powerful technologies, the Kumerin family rose to eventually control 67% of all existing space, effectively dominating the rest of the Universe and brought about a new, intergalactic standard of living, the Kumerin Empyrean.


But now, when the current Emperor, Theradot Rusalis Kumerin's only heir dies mysteriously two days before his coronation, Kumerin lineage has been broken for the first time.

Dying, and with no heir apparent, the Emperor, in an effort to control the outcome, issues invitations to the six noble house to send sanctioned members to the Grand Palace on Rabalkaan for a set of trials.

When the invitation reaches Sinobo, Protectorate Frodric Karavagge, defers the invitation to his son, Adon. Adon accepts the challenge and a supreme grudge match is held to determine which two of the Karavagge's 5000 finest warriors are worthy to act as Adon's bodyguards during the trials.

As the day of the challenges begin, Adon and his loyal bodyguards, Colonel Grenic Drums and Armrand of the Clan Telustan, corridor to Rabalkaan.
There, they meet the crowd, Unicast audience, courtiers, Emperor, and the stunning Colonel Alissane Isara, attaché to the Baron of Sarroxx, Grealdi Kwi. The Sarroxxan are known for their physical perfection and are longtime Familial allies of the Karavagge. An immediate connection is struck between the two.


As the remainder of the participants arrive, Adon and the rest of the Universe, meet Supreme Commander Dikoreed Nawzao of the Texzon Defense Force. He is leader of the largest and most powerful nonhuman coalition and reputed to be the Heir of Likoraz, a messianic figure destined to return the Universe to pre-Kumerin order, where nonhumans reigned.

Much of the Universe greets The Supreme Commander as he enter the challenge arena flanked by two threatening, nonhuman, unnamed aides and provocatively wielding the shiny silver chain of a collared, alluring slave girl, Zylizia.


That evening at the lavish welcome banquet, Nawzao ambushes the Emperor during the Unicast and drags some profound Kumerin skeletons out of the closet for all to see. As Nawzao’s provocative behavior and his aides unwarranted attack on Adon wind down, the evening sets in with the rite of Tsirin. A rite designed to test any hopeful by fire.

As old and new vendettas are exacted, many fall. By morning only four remain to formally answer the challenge.

Adon and Alissane are drawn together and as the trials progress, everyone’s character is tested and revealed, and the crowds thrilled. But it all grinds to a halt when the Emperor’s son, Benalix is unexpectedly discovered alive in some wreckage.

The trials are suspended as Benalix identity is verified, but the Supreme Commander has other plans. That night, his forces launch a sneak attack on the Rabalkaan system and snatch the Grand Palace off the face of the planet.

As Adon struggles to rescue Alissane, for his life and to retake control of Kumerin systems, Nawzao proclaims himself Emperor and decides a demonstration of his new found power is in order. He immediately obliterates the planet Blaff.

The sadistic attack literally has Universal consequences as Nawzao ignites a wildfire in the fabric of space. An event so colossal and destructive, it is destined to consume half all matter in existence. As billions upon billions burn, the fate of the Universe hangs in the balance. Can Adon find it within himself to rise to the challenge? How will he stop the unstoppable inferno consuming so many and so much? What will happen to he and Alissane? This, and an entire universe more inside Adon Karavagge Vs. the Heir of Likoraz.
